Role Overview
Lyzoo Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and strategically focused E-Commerce Manager to oversee and develop the Company’s online sales operations while contributing to its continued commercial growth and digital expansion within the UK market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Company’s e-commerce platforms, improving online customer engagement, increasing digital sales revenue, and supporting the Company’s long-term online business development objectives. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong commercial, analytical, and digital management skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Company’s e-commerce platforms and online sales channels to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing online sales, customer engagement, and overall digital performance.
- Monitor website performance, online traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, user experience, and website functionality.
- Coordinate online marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging digital trends, customer demands, and commercial opportunities.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, online content, and stock availability across digital platforms.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, performance forecasts, and e-commerce analytics for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, digital engagement, and online revenue generation.
- Support the Company’s broader digital growth and commercial expansion strategy within the United Kingdom.
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online sales strategies, and digital business development.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or digital retail operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret website performance data and customer engagement metrics.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities and implement effective digital sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of online customer engagement, digital marketing principles, and e-commerce trends.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet commercial performance targets.
